SEND Sage believes families deserve to know what support costs before they commit to anything. Every engagement begins with a free discovery call — no obligation, no pressure.
The SEND system already costs families enormously — in time, emotional energy, and often money. SEND Sage is committed to keeping professional support as accessible as possible, which is why every family starts with a free 15-minute discovery call — no commitment, no pressure.
Some of what we do is entirely free — particularly initial guidance, signposting, and community resources. Where we charge for our time, we aim to be transparent and fair, and we offer reduced fees for families facing financial hardship.
If cost is a barrier, please tell us. We would rather find a way to support you than have you navigate the system alone.
Every family starts with a free 15-minute phone call to briefly outline their situation, understand whether SEND Sage can help, and decide on next steps. No commitment required — just get in touch.

Written interpretation of Educational Psychologist reports — translating complex findings into clear, meaningful language for families.
We never want cost to be the reason a family goes unsupported. The following concessions are available — please just ask.
Families facing genuine financial hardship can apply for a reduced fee arrangement on any paid service. We handle this on a case-by-case basis with no obligation to disclose details beyond a brief conversation.
Single parents navigating the SEND system carry a disproportionate burden — practically and emotionally. We offer a 10% reduction on all paid services for single-parent households.
Families with more than one child with SEND needs receive a 15% reduction on services for the second and subsequent children. The SEND system multiplies — our pricing shouldn't.
Please note: SEND Sage is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Our fees reflect advocacy, guidance, and consultancy services. For formal legal representation at tribunal, you would need a solicitor — but our support can significantly reduce the complexity and cost of that process. All fees are reviewed periodically and may change. The prices above were last updated in May 2026.
Start with the free 15-minute discovery call. We will listen to your situation and help you understand what support is right — with no obligation to proceed.
